No Change of Mind Refunds
Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection. We recommend you carefully review all items before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.

Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to exchange any unopened items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items and notify us of your reasons. At our discretion, we may offer you store credit or a refund. Once the items are returned to us in original condition at the cost of the customer, full store credit may be offered and can be used on any future online purchase. Responsibility for lost and damaged items in return transit is borne by the customer. If we offer an exchange or refund, customers must cover the cost of return shipping; customers must also cover the cost of shipping any new item in exchange. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for your order. We cannot offer exchanges or refunds for any item that is returned to us and the product has been used extensively or where there are missing components. Items being returned to I-Angel New Zealand must be returned with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals. Please retain the original order packaging for the purposes of returning the item.

Items Damaged in Transit
If any item purchased on this website arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items. You may be asked to provide a photo for clarification. We will arrange to have the damaged or faulty item returned to us and either arrange for a replacement of the items at our cost or refund the item. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for your order. I-Angel New Zealand reserves the right to assess the eligibility of goods for return (including the condition and age of the goods) before accepting them as returned. Damaged or faulty items must be returned to us in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals. Please retain the original order packaging for the purposes of returning the damaged or faulty items.

Missing or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item or have parts missing, we will arrange a replacement product to be couriered to you at our expense. Please contact us within 7 days of any missing or incorrect items. You may be asked to provide a photo for clarification.

1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty
All products on this website are subject to strict quality controls; we ensure you only receive top quality products. I-Angel New Zealand offers a 1 year Manufacturer's Warranty. In the unlikely event that an item purchased from our website has manufacturing flaws, I-Angel New Zealand will happily replace it free of charge. Any shipping costs related to warranty claims will be initially paid by you, however, on confirmation of a faulty item, I-Angel New Zealand will reimburse you for return shipping costs and cover any additional shipping costs. Items being returned to I-Angel New Zealand for warranty claims must be returned with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals. Please retain the original order packaging for the purposes of returning the faulty item(s).

Our warranty excludes items which are damaged by accident or misuse, e.g. crushed, squashed, excessive force applied, etc. You may be asked to provide photographic evidence of the fault. This product is made with 100% pure cotton and does not contain harmful fixing agents (synthetic chemicals that prevent colour change), as such mild colour fading may occur after washing and drying, and is not covered by warranty.
